I’m a community builder and experience designer who believes meaningful connection is at the heart of thriving organizations and communities. My work brings people together through shared experiences, thoughtful design, and a commitment to helping people feel connected to the work they do and the communities they serve.

At The Ohio State University, I design programs and experiences that strengthen connection and belonging across a large staff community. Earlier in my career, I led a neighborhood chamber of commerce in Chicago and produced and directed Not Your Typical Bigfoot Movie, a documentary that premiered at the SXSW Film Festival.
